CHOP (CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA) SOLAR CASE STUDY

CHOP implemented a large scale 600kW ground mount installation for their healthcare facility. CHOP evaluated the opportunity to install solar on both existing building infrastructure, parking lot, or open space.  Ultimately, CHOP leadership decided to implement a ground mount system to get maximum production for solar and best use existing open space. The ground mount system offsets a significant portion of the electrical demand for the healthcare center.
