Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting duties for the company. This includes but not limited to entering vendor and expense invoices, billing customers, preparing bank statements and processing timesheets.

To ensure success as a full charge bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, bookkeeping and excel, excellent project management skills, and a good eye for detail. A skilled full charge bookkeeper efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company, streamlining the business.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.

  • Collating and entering vendor expenses.

  • Preparing bank statements.

  • Invoicing clients and customers.

  • Processing accounts receivable.

  • Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Compensation

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

  • Education: College degree preferred, with a minimum of five years’ experience working in a similar role. Education with a financial focus is a plus.

  • Proficient PC skills using Word, Excel, Outlook, plus CRM databases and related applications. The candidate should be able to create/edit letters/emails and utilize spreadsheets and other related tools with minimal assistance or supervision.

  • Entry and Management of bookkeeping records using the designated software tools. (Currently Quick books)

  • Customer Invoicing & Statements.

  • Monitor accounts receivable to maintain acceptable levels.

  • Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company.

  • Collating and entering vendor expenses.

  • Preparing bank statements.

  • Invoicing clients and customers.

  • Processing accounts receivable.

  • Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.

  • Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
