ENERGY EFFICIENCY ANALYST POSITION

Come join a high growth team focused on clean energy and sustainability.  Brightcore Energy is seeking a qualified Energy Efficiency Analyst/Program Manager to join our organization to strengthen team. Brightcore provides end to end energy efficiency and clean energy measures to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.  We have intellectual and financial capital to develop, implement, fund and maintain clean energy solutions.  Our diverse application competency ranges from lighting and other energy efficiencies to renewable energy solutions such as solar, battery storage and geothermal. Brightcore provides our clients with immediate cost savings and revenue potential without the need for any capital investment.  We are about Building Energy Performance.

Responsibilities

• Performing in-depth analysis of energy efficiency savings, using spreadsheets, databases, and custom programming

• Performing research, analysis, and industry outreach to develop energy efficiency specifications for a variety of product categories.

• Conveying complex technical subjects to non-technical audiences.

• Communicate with customers, contractors and vendors regarding energy efficiency program rules and requirements.

• Experience in product development and/or test method development

• Knowledge of commercial product and system design along with energy efficiency

• Familiarity with the development/delivery of public-private voluntary partnership programs.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

• Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and seek input when needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under strict deadlines.

• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in climate- and sustainability-related areas.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.

• Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation.

Base salary will be commensurate with experience. Position includes company health benefits and a 401k matching program.
